Refund policy

All SECN releases are produced in limited quantities.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for:
- change of mind
- incorrect size selection by the customer
- personal preference

Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

1. The product arrived damaged  
2. An incorrect item or size was sent by SECN

Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

To request an exchange, contact support with:
- your order number
- clear photos of the issue
- an explanation of the problem

Items must:
- remain unused
- include original tags
- include original packaging

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Requests submitted without proof of damage or shipping error may not be accepted.

SECN reserves the right to deny exchange or refund requests that do not meet the conditions above.
