Refund policy

At .secn, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or similar reasons.

Exchanges

An exchange may only be requested in the following situations:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive an incorrect product due to an error by .secn.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must contact .secn within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To be eligible for an exchange, the original product tags must be completely intact and still attached to the product.

Replacement Availability

If your requested replacement size or colour is not available in stock, .secn will process a full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel an order once processing has started.
