Products

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

.secn reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order where necessary, including in cases of incorrect pricing, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or errors in order information.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.

After 24 hours, we may not be able to cancel an order once processing has started.

Returns and Exchanges

.secn does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or similar reasons.

Exchanges are only available when:

A damaged product is received; or
An incorrect product is sent due to an error by .secn.

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The original product tags must be completely intact and attached to the product for an exchange to be accepted.

If the requested replacement size or colour is unavailable, .secn will provide a full refund.

All content on this website, including the .secn name, logo, graphics, product designs, images, text, and other materials, is owned by or used with permission by .secn and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
