SECN releases in controlled quantities to maintain quality, consistency, and the identity of each collection. Most pieces are not mass reproduced.
Will archived pieces return?
Some pieces may return in altered forms, but exact restocks are uncommon. Most drops are treated as limited releases.
Why does every SECN design feel connected?
SECN is built as a single evolving visual universe. Recurring themes, symbols, textures, and architectural forms create continuity without repeating identical compositions.
Garment & Fit
How do SECN silhouettes fit?
Most SECN garments use a relaxed oversized silhouette with dropped shoulders and a wider structure. Check the size chart before ordering.
What are the garments made from?
We prioritize comfortable heavyweight fabrics that support texture, structure, and long-term wear without losing the intended visual atmosphere.
How are the graphics applied?
SECN prefers soft-feel printing methods such as water-based techniques wherever possible to avoid heavy plastic textures on the garment.
How does the print age?
Some aging, fading, and texture evolution are intentional parts of the garment’s character. The pieces are designed to wear naturally over time.
How should I wash the garment?
Cold wash inside out with mild detergent. Avoid high heat drying and harsh ironing directly over printed areas.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 2–4 working days. After dispatch, delivery timelines depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days, while express shipping arrives faster depending on location availability.
Will I receive tracking information?
- Yes. Tracking details are shared once the order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
No. SECN is currently operating only within West Bengal as part of the brand’s initial launch phase. Wider domestic shipping will expand gradually as production and operations scale properly.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
Do you accept returns?
Returns are only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not support general change-of-mind returns.
Do you offer size exchanges?
Yes, size exchanges may be available depending on stock availability. Items must be unused and returned in original condition.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
What happens if my exchange size is unavailable?
If your requested exchange size is unavailable, a refund will be processed within 72 hours after approval.
Are delivery charges refundable?
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
